- switch over to pkgconfig
- correct the license
- create extra packge for library files
- add tests
- switch to manual mode for services
- Update to version 1.3.0:
  * Remove tar2sqfs test script
  * Address new compiler warnings
  * Bump coverity version
  * Cleanup logic for emitting file paths in rdsquashfs describe
