File 0104-spapr-Add-rtas_st_buffer-utility-fu.patch of Package qemu-linux-user.7445
From cfe17c6959e1a373cba415c6c9ddf2eefacf1bd8 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Sam bobroff <sam.bobroff@au1.ibm.com> Date: Wed, 25 Jun 2014 13:54:29 +1000 Subject: [PATCH] spapr: Add rtas_st_buffer utility function Add a function to write lengh + data into a buffer as required for the emulation of the RTAS ibm,get-system-parameter call. If the destination is smaller than the source, the write is truncated and success is returned. This matches the behaviour of pHyp. This will be used in following patches.
