- Update to version 0.7.8.2+git.40a0a42:
  * Convert README to Markdown format
  * build: use pkg-config to find imlib2
  * Version 0.7.8
  * Add docker images for building and previewing/testing
  * Do not fail starting idesk if an icon file is invalid or cannot be loaded
  * Reintroduce SVG support via librsvg
  * Prevent out of bounds error by checking index
  * Fix gcc-10 warnings about missing sentinel (#6)
  * Updated license and authors information
  * Idesk not starting without XDG_CONFIG_HOME set. (#4)
