Subject: [PATCH] Add '3' suffix to python executable

We are using set_target_properties() here because at least cmake 3.17
generates a broken Makefile otherwise:

CMakeBuild/python/CMakeFiles/python.dir/build.make:101: *** missing separator.  Stop
