Subject: [PATCH] Fix lost exception from map update

Fix an unsafe optimization that would remove a map update operation
that is supposed fail. For example:

foo() ->
        #{}#{key := value},
        ok.

Instead of raising an exception, `foo/0` would return `ok`.
