Subject: [PATCH 01/10] Drop support for 'rpc' communication with nodes lacking
 'erpc'

The 'rpc' module now requires that nodes that it communicates with
implements the 'erpc' protocol. That is, 'rpc' will fail to
communicate with nodes of OTP releases prior to OTP 23.
