Subject: [PATCH 6/6] Tweak mwc59 generator constants

After thorough testing by Sebastiano Vigna we decided on the
scramblers Xorshift 8 as a fast scrambler with still some
small remaining problems in 2- and 3-dimensional collision
and birthday spacings tests, and Xorshift 4 followed by
Xorshift 27 as a thorough scrambler that passes extensive
PRNG tests.
