Subject: [PATCH] inets: refactor code for consistency

refactor the code to place variables in header record assignments on the
right hand side. for example, the following

```erlang
do_handle_info(..., State=#state{...})
```

should be replaced by

```erlang
do_handle_info(..., #state{...}=State)
```

to keep the code consistent.
