- Update to 8.9.0:

- Remove upstreamed python-elasticsearch-no-nose.patch and

- Revert back to 7.6.0. elasticsearch-dsl is not compatible with
  8.* releases (gh#elastic/elasticsearch-dsl-py#1569).
- Add python-elasticsearch-no-nose.patch to replace sed call in
  SPEC file.
