Subject: [PATCH 1/4] GTK: Fix some deprecations and issues

- Stop using "Gtk.STOCK_*" items and use named icons instead
- Use "Trackma GTK" as the name instead of "Trackma-gtk"
- Remove version info in title because it's redundant
- Don't show version in HeaderBar
- Use HeaderBar subtitle instead of main title for library info
- Fix updation of title when switching mediatype
