- Run tests ignoring DeprecationWarning to make it work with
  python3.12. The DeprecationWarning thrown is "signature of
  throw() is deprecated"

- Delete fix_two_tests_py310.patch
- Update to 2.0.0:
  * Drop support for legacy Pythons (2.7, 3.6 or older).
  * Remove Travis/Appveyor CI and switch to GitHub Actions.
  * Added support for Tornado 6 (in the test suite).
