File README.Novell-bugzilla of Package pybugz
How to use pybugz with Novell's Bugzilla: - if your iChain username is different from your login, put it into ~/.bzuser - call /usr/bin/bugz-login, enter your iChain password, so the session cookie is saved in ~/.bugz_cookie. - /usr/bin/bugz should basically work now. - the cookie should stay valid for longer than the default time, if anything is requested twice per hour via cron. I noted a number of small issues: - for example it doesn't notice when the server replies with "not permitted" (for example when the cookie is timed out). - 'modify <id> --fixed' doesn't seem to work. Maybe it just expects a comment and lacks error handling. - I haven't figured out how to post a bug yet.
