- This release is mostly bug fixes, particularly in the PDP-11 and
  Sigma simulators. Chaosnet support has been added to the PDP-10 and
  PDP-11.

  upstreamed

- Update to 3.12_4
  This release is mostly bug fixes, particularly in the PDP-11 and

  Support for running SimH on MacOS "Classic" (pre-OSX) and OS/2
  has been dropped.

  V3.11 incorporates SCP additions and extensions by Dave Bryan to
  support his HP simulators.

- Update to 3.10
  V3.10 backports an significant number of modules and features from
  the SimH 4.x branch, as well as some unique new features.
