- Replaced use-system-sqlite3.patch with use-system-libraries.patch
  to give support to zstd and openssl on top of sqlite3.
- Removed unnecessary cargo_config

  prompt keyring unlock if it isn't unlocked on login.

- Added patches unbundling patches:
  * use-system-libsqlite3.patch.
- Added patches to supress warnings during build:
  * fix-deprecated-v3.8.4.patch, replaces deprecated function from
    gtk4-rs and removes unused module import.
  * fix-meson-warning.patch, replaces deprecated meson functions.
    patch from upstream.
