- Update to release 4.0.5
  * Add empty directories to zip file.
  * Use hexadecimal prefix for MZ_VERSION_BUILD.
  * Fix bz2 library name
  * Use correct version needed to extract for BZIP2.
  * Remove left over signing code from v3.
