RKHUNTER FAQ

SYSTEMD
rkhunter.timer and rkhunter.service are files that can be placed in 
/etc/systemd/system and enabled with:
  systemctl enable rkhunter.timer
  systemctl start rkhunter.timer
It will start rkhunter property updates 15 minutes after boot and every 2 days

For systemd cron script replacement one should enable
  systemctl enable rkhunter-systemd.timer
  systemctl start rkhunter-systemd.timer
which will run /usr/bin/rkhunter-systemd.sh script
