- Imported lot of patches as one patch and applied them. Mainly from https://github.com/gianmarcotoso/GnuPlot and https://github.com/illuusio/GnuPlot

- My patches
  - Remove more unneeded spaces
  - Tuned style to PEAR-stardard
  - Remove spaces from empty lines
  - Tuned get()-method to work better
  - Minor tuning of get-method fread-system
  - Merge SVG terminal add
  - Add SVG terminal support

- Gianmarcotoso patches
  - fixed readme formatting error
  - updated readme, pdf terminal now allows for dashed lines
  - added grid placement, separated line style and line color
  - Fixed height of the image in the function get().
  - Can now set canvas size and plot origin
  - Can not set graph origin and canvas size
  - Can now set canvas size and plot origin
  - legend position can now be set through the `setKey` method
  - Minor modification to allow for area plots. The sendCommand method is now public\, go crazy!
  - Added support for microtics and microtics grid.
  - Added support for x and y tics. In addition, the plot now has the readable property `lines` that returns the current number of lines being plotted.
  - added linetype support for individual lines
  - Added individual line widths and line points, fixed an issue with PDF output, added sleepTime variable and flush method.
  - Added missing protected variable declaration
  - Addded line mode support for individual lines, fixed line point support
  - Added line width and point support, output is now flushed after writing to file
  - Updated README.md
