- Included errno and and a+_record patches that corrects the definitions of errno
  and allows you to specify the error that will be returned by rblsmtpd for a zone
  that has only A records in it.
- Limits patch applied. Provide limits for:
    - Number of connections per one IP;
    - Number of connections per IP's C-class;
    - Maximum system load average.
- Included rbltimeout patch.
