- Update to 1.3
  - This release contains archives of SH3T files localized in 20 
    languages supported by Sweet Home 3D:
    Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech,
    Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian,
    Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian),
    Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.
  - A SH3T file describes a library of additional textures for
    Sweet Home 3D and may be installed by choosing
    "Furniture > Import Textures Library..." from the menu.
  - The SH3T files of this release bring 5 new textures and
    translations updates.

- Split texture package spec file from main package spec file.
- Fix license: Textures are licensed under CC-BY-4.0.
