* New upstream version 1.26.14.
- Drop upstream patch, refresh remaining.
* d/control: Replace pkg-config with pkgconf.
* d/copyright: Bump years.
* d/veracrypt.install: Move systemd's system-sleep script under /usr.
* Update Standards-Version to 4.7.0.

Consider adjusting the project configuration instead of the package itself. This fontconfig issue is a function OBS and not your package. Example: https://build.opensuse.org/projects/home:bgstack15/prjconf
Consider building against
libwxgtk3.0-gtk3-devinstead oflibwxgtk3.2-dev, it causes runtime error/warning displayed each time on app startup: https://www.dropbox.com/s/prb8tk4vwacujza/Screenshot_20230220_191608.png?dl=1Debian has removed wxwidgets 3.0 for the next release (bookworm) so that's not really viable. The good news is that it's being worked on upstream, https://github.com/veracrypt/VeraCrypt/pull/999
