- Converted %packages, %description and %files to use base name from
  %name tag
- In macros.mingw32-qt4 use rpm macros without brackets to enable
  argc/argv processing (see http://ftp.rpm.org/api/4.4.2.2/macros.html)
  which is required after adding mingw32-cross-cmake
