* add rtc and hped read permission by @audio group, for realtime clock access from alsa
  * Incrementing max_user_whatces to 524288 for prevent not enough limit to monitor all files inside a directory
  * Setting Swappiness at 10 for prevent xrun when swapping

* rtprio 95
