- Update to version 1.26.0
  * Added an inbox page for viewing private messages and
    comment replies (press 'i' to access)
  * Added the ability to compose new private messages by pressing
    the 'C' key
  * Added ability to open HTML links from comments and posts
    by pressing the enter key
  * Added the '--no-autologin' flag for disabling autologin at
    startup
  * Loading a link from the command line has been sped up
  * Updated the inline help command '?' with a
    longer list of commands
  * Fixed bug where newlines would be deleted from posted comments
    and submissions
  * Fixed crash when displaying long terminal title
  * Fixed formatting when creating posts with leading whitespace

- alphabetize build dependencies
- update dependencies to python3
- add build dependencies used for testing
- run project's test suite in %check
- change README.rst to README.md in %files
