Subject: [PATCH 1/2] mkfs.ocfs2: verify the number of clusters

When the calculated number of clusters exceeds UINT32_MAX,
the result of mkfs.ocfs2 will be incorrect. Therefore, it
is necessary to verify the calculated number of clusters,
if it exceeds UINT32_ MAX outputs an error message and
exits the program.
