This fails to build now:
You're trying to run :rabbitmqctl on Elixir v1.17.2 but it has declared in its mix.exs file it supports only Elixir >= 1.13.4 and < 1.17.0Yep by the time I noticed the elixir update going through it was too late, this is on my todo list
