- update to version 0.4.4
 * Uniformize IPv4 default ID value to be random if unspecified
 * Proper handling of RFC4884
 * Can specify min TTL for tracebox calls
 * min/max TTL settings area available on Lua
 * Reports ICMP Extensions in JSON/CLI output
 * Partial TCP headers are now displayed as separate entitites/layers
 * Exposed PartialTCP headers to Lua
 * Updated libcrafter version
 * Reworked the Lua-cpp memory management
 * The lua callbacks for the tracebox function now only takes 5 arguments.

- update to recent state (corresponds to 0.3.1 tag)
 * Added -S option to bypass the root check for testing purpose
 * Updated EDO option to latest draft & extended capabilities
 * Fixed Packet:get() APIs
 * Will now log when receiving partial ICMP payload with IPv6
