* Use importlib_metadata on Python <3.10.2 for bugfixes not
present in those CPython standard libraries (not required
when bootstrapping) -- by :user:`GianlucaFicarelli`.
- Update to v0.9.0
- Drop remove-unused-import.patch
- Add remove-unused-import.patch to work with importlib_metadata
