- update to 0.4:
  + added sudo option to call zypper via sudo
  + don't print packagelist if packagelist is empty

- update to 0.3:
  + now outputs also the names of patches and packages, if selected
  + improved help output
- truncate the trailing .pl so the script follows the nagios 
  plugins scheme
