- Adjust gcc47 rpmlintrc to ignore errors about suffixed
  shared library names.
- Add rpmlintrc to libffi47 and libgcj47 packages for the same reason.
- Adjust self-conflicts to use otherproviders() on openSUSE 12.1
  and earlier.

- Use --with-build-sysroot=/ for icecream crosses, provide
  a real sysroot at /usr/target and adjust the g++ include path
  accordingly.
- Properly honor the -gnueabi suffix for arm.
