- Update to version 1.2.3:
  * Fixes a 25+-year-old bug in correctly filling in the ::root
    member of the ScreenSaverNotify event.
  * supersedes U_libXScrnSaver_copy_root_field.patch

- renamed -devel package to libXss-devel, so one can find it easier
  (provides/obsoletes added accordingly)
