  * Document setting PerlSwitches for mod_perl
- changes in 1.19
  * Get things working with 5.22.0.
  * Test against 5.23.0.
  * Remove dependency on Test::Warn.
- golang-org-x-tools has no cover/vet now, manpage does not conflict,
  remove the update-alternatives stuff.

   This should fix some problems related to losing coverage data when there are
   duplicate files.  This happens most usually when modules are sometimes loaded
