- Updated to 1.2.0
  * PHP 8.1 compatibility.
  * All classes are now defined in a separate namespace `PsrExt`
    and aliased into the `Psr` namespace to aid in debuggging
    compatibility issues for framework maintainers.

  * Update psr/container to 1.1.1
  * Add version ID constants to each header
  * Use __dllspec(dllimport) where appropriate in php_psr.h on windows

  * Test failures on PHP 8 in psr-http-client and psr-http-message due to
    changes in inheritance
  * Compile failures with clang
  * Compatibility with API changes to PHP 8 in psr-log
  * Report proper default value in reflection for LoggerInterface - PHP 8 only
