You could need to patch wireless drivers source code to enable sniffing and monitor-mode features. patches are provided in /usr/share/doc/packages/aircrack-ng/patches. If you need more please check here: http://patches.aircrack-ng.org/ Please note that using aircrack-ng for cracking networks is illegal in most countries, and something we do not support in any way. However, aircrack-ng is also a very useful tool for security audits and assessments.
