  * See package, very many long neglected bug fixes
  * directly supports openssl 1.0.2-1.1.1 (and libressl) without patching
- drop no longer needed openssl patch
  openssl110-fix.patch
- now requires libosip2 >= 5.1.0
- now requires c-ares for proper resolver functionality
- license was actually gpl-2.0-or-later, confirmed from sources and headers
