- Move test tools (perseustest and perseustest_dyn) to a dedicated
  subpackage (perseus-sdr-tools)

- Update to version 0.8.0
  * serial number processing cleaned; preserie units documented.
  * bug fixed in serial number check.
  * Bug fixed in C++ brackets.
  * simple test program not installed.
  * Only perseus-sdr.h is distributed now; simple.c test application
    now is built and distributed.
  * Code cleaned in order to distribute one only header file and
    make types opaque.
  * Doxygen config file and some remarks added.
  * Very simple example program added.
  * Examples programs moved to separate directory for increased
    clarity.
  * Fixes to make the library work in multiple devices context.
  * Initialize perseus_list and close device(s) at exit time if
    descriptor is not null.
- Remove not longer needed patches (included upstream):
  * 0001-Command-channel-via-FIFO.patch
  * 0002-Fixes-to-make-the-library-work-in-multiple-devices-c.patch
