  opensuse 10.2, 10.3, and fedora 7)
 -Make all subpackages that are in the new gnome-sharp package
  conditional for 2.10 and newer, leave them there for 2.8 and
  older)
 -2.10.1 Changes:
  -Memory leak and other various fixes
 -2.10 Changes:
  -subpackages split between platform/desktop for inclusion into 
   Gnome (based on gtk# 2.8.3)
