  and wxcontainer variants.
- Build wxWidgets variants separately.

- Libraries moved from libdir to make possible to use binary
  incompatible variants. Use RPATH.
- Mangle rpm symbols to prevent ABI clash of binary incompatible
  variants with equal SONAME.
- Created virtually empty compatibility "libraries" to fulfill
  dependencies of third party packages.
- Provide rpm support macro %wx_requires.

- Build the OpenGl add-on lib.
- Install sample code in docdir.
- Change Makefiles to use DESTDIR.
- Include both HTML and PDF Versions of the manuals.
- Eliminate warnings in C++ code.
- Build with -W -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wpointer-aritth
