- Create device node via tmpfiles.d since /lib/udev/devices is not 
  supported with openSUSE 12.3.

- Simplified the spec file.
  - %files can create device nodes itself
  - %doc README.SUSE works without having to install it specially
  - no need to have a tarball with a single README in it.

- change the license to BSD 2-Clause (approved by
  Silviu Marin-Caea, see bnc#730104)

- run spec-cleaner on the spec file, some small cosmetic changes
- added %ghost for the device file, to make it appear in the file
  list and removing the rpm uninstall it
- split off changes file
- add "Supplements: cups", let's hope this helps
- add standard specfile license blurb on top
