- Add wallpapers-openSUSE-extra-leap15 subpackage with wallpapers
  from Leap 15

* This approach eventually obsoletes gos-wallpapers and simplify
  wallpaper situation in openSUSE

  contains just an additional set of wallpapers  (boo#1177651).
