- Relax FlightGear-data dependency to Recommends, data can also
  be downloaded using FGs download dialog, or e.g. using git
  checkouts, which is significantly more efficient as the
  majority of data never changes.
- Use %license for COPYING

  * pkgconfig(libcurl), no longer pulled in automatically
  * pkgconfig(dbus-1), allow screensaver inhibition
  * pkgconfig({freetype2,libpng}) for FGPanel features
- Remove deprecated Encoding key from .desktop file
