- use internal version of libfdata and libfcache.  
        * New releases broke libfsntfs compiles.
- change RPM Group for python binding to development/languages/python

	* Worked on security descriptor support
	* worked on Python bindings
	* worked on Python 3 support
	* 2016 update
- use libcstring, libfdata from factory again
- add python3 binding subpackage

- use internal libfdata.  Builds began failing with the recent update of numerous libyal packages 
- run through spec-cleaner
