- Upgrade to upstream version 1.7.1
  * Changes:
    + Added detection of more RISC-V architectures. #61 #62 #66
      - riscv32 is detected as riscv for backward compatibility
        with 1.7.0.
      - riscv64 is detected as riscv64.
    + Added detection of Elbrus 2000 architecture. #57
    + Added detection of LoongArch64 architecture. #63 #64
    + Fixed the detection logic so that it detects more MacOS
      variants
