- Update to 2.1.0:
  - Fix simple typo: preferrable -> preferable
  - tests: fix compatibility with Flask >= 1.0
  - Update to work with flask 2.2+
  - Update CI setup and support Python 3.7 - 3.12
  - Add test for Flask 1.x and 2.x
- Remove upstreamed 0001-tests-fix-compatibility-with-Flask-1.0.patch

- Revive package, update to 2.0
  * Compatibility with webassets 2.0
- Build documentation
- Enable the test suite
- Add 0001-tests-fix-compatibility-with-Flask-1.0.patch
  Fixes the test suite with Flask >= 1.0. At the time of writing,
  upstream was only running the CI tests on very old releases.
