- Update to version 2.2.2
  * Added Camera.autodetect alternative to gp_camera_autodetect.
  * Added some deprecation warnings. Use 'python -Wd' to see them
    when running  software under development.

    gp_file_append now take a single buffer parameter (such as
    a bytes string) instead of a string and length.

    systems.
