  * Highlights include:
    + Temporarily restore matplotlib datetime plotting
      functionality. This should resolve issues for users who
      implicitly relied on pandas to plot datetimes with
      matplotlib. See here.

    + DataFrame.to_parquet() will now write non-default indexes when
