- update to 0.6.1:
  * Fix broken ``single_reference=True`` usage.
  * Add ability to compare to Pandas DataFrames and store them as
    HDF5 files
  * Fix ``array_compare`` so that the ``atol`` parameter is
    correctly used with FITS files.
  * Test inside ``pytest_runtest_call`` hook.

- Do not build the package for python36 either
  (installcheck failure, numpy is a runtime requirement)
- Test astropy functionality for python3
