- Update to version 3.19.90:
  + Port to ClutterGst 3.0.

- Drop sushi-port-to-clutter-gst-3.0.patch: fixed upstream.
- Remove libtool BuildRequires and call to autoreconf, as we no
  longer carry any patches.

- Add sushi-port-to-clutter-gst-3.0.patch: Port to clutter-gst-3.0
  (bgo#756725). Also add libtool BuildRequires and pass autoreconf
  before configure as the patch touches the buildsystem.
- Following above port, replace pkgconfig(clutter-gst-2.0) for
  pkgconfig(clutter-gst-3.0) BuildRequires.

  are private libraries, not meant for others to be used. Obsolete
  those packages from the main package.
