- Removed the following patches:
  * disable_rds_compilation.patch (not needed anymore).
  * udev-rules-dir.patch (fixed upstream).
  * use-openat-if-available.patch (fixed upstream).
- Added a patch "bufferoverflowstrncat.patch" to fix rpm post build check error
  "Statement might be overflowing a buffer in strncat".

    combinations) for now this lives in utils and does not get installed
    systemwide, as the API is not stable
