- Add _multibuild to define 2nd spec file as additional flavor.
  Eliminates the need for source package links in OBS.

- Initial packaging of languagetool 4.8
- Added patches:
  * languagetool-descriptor.patch
    + fix build with newer maven versions
  * languagetool-hunspell.patch
    + revert to 4.7 version of system hunspell loading instead of
      using a dependency-rich com.gitlab.dumonts:hunspell library
      for tasks that can be done in a much more simple way
  * languagetool-xgboost-predictor.patch
    + fix double/float mismatch
- Added patch template:
  * languagetool-system-hunspell.patch.in
    + patch the system hunspell loading to load the exact hunspell
      library that we built against
