- Replace references to /var/adm/fillup-templates with new

- Add fedfs-utils-no-sunrpc.diff: Don't depend on sunrpc header
  files, will be removed from glibc.
- BuildRequire rpcsvc-proto-devel, replaces deprecated glibc
  rpcsvc headers.
